A
non refundable deposit
of:
£40 for 5 or less sessions
£60 for 5 or more sessions.
We
are shut Bank Holidays and you
will not be charged.
After
an initial 6 month period,
you will be allowed to take up to a 2 week pro-rata holiday, without
having to pay for this period. This would mean if your child attends
3½ day sessions a week, you could take up to 7 days holiday
a
year. We ask for two weeks notice of the intended holiday, otherwise
non-payment can be refused. The child must not attend nursery for these
non-paid sessions.
Each
child will receive a free
bag. Once they attain their 2nd Birthday they will be entitled to 1
free sweatshirt and 1-2 t-shirts depending on amount of sessions
booked. It is not compulsory they wear these T-shirts, but it can make
your life easier.
In
the event of sickness, or any
other absences, other than the aforementioned pre-booked holidays, all
booked sessions will have to be paid
You
will be needed to complete a
registration form, sign a contract, and pay the deposit before your
child takes up a place.
Should
a place not be available at
the time of your enquiry, Priority will be given as follows:
1 – Existing children wishing to increase or change their
sessions.
2 – Sibling of child who already holds a place.
3 – New Customers
Cancellation
of a place –
even if it is just to decrease existing sessions – notice
must be
give at least 4 weeks in advance.
You
can opt to be placed on our
waiting list. You will be contacted immediately a place becomes
available.
All
payments must be made in
monthly in advance and any payment not received by the 10th of the
month, will automatically incur an 8% flat interest charge, on the
whole monthly fee.
You
must give us 4 weeks notice to
cancel a place.
Fees will be reviewed every
October.
