We are a brand new nursery, located in the Allensbank Road area of Cardiff. We occupy a converted Victoria House and our nursery features 3 large main rooms, offering age appropriate toys and activities. In addition to this we have a 'messy room' for meals and creative times, a cot room for sleeping and a nappy room for the obvious.
We have a backyard for fresh air and our guinea pigs offer the benefits of pets without the mess at home. We even offer secure pushchair/car seat storage.

Our staff are committed childcare professionals, who are highly motivated and caring individuals, they are all fully qualified and hold current Criminal Record Bureau checks. Last, but definitely not least...they really enjoy what they do!

We maintain the required ratios at all times, and strive to exceed them in most instances.

We are registered for 24 children, boys and girls, from the ages of 6 weeks - 5 years and we are committed to providing:

1. First class care, in a stimulating and safe environment, which benefits from a 'home from home' feeling. Allowing children to develop naturally and learn social skills through nurture and play. Enablement for the development of self-esteem, self-confidence, self-discipline and independence, by using both structured and spontaneous play and being encouraged to use their own imagination and creativity.

2. An environment where all children are encouraged to respect and care for one another - embracing social and ethnic backgrounds, learning or physical abilities, further:

3. 'Partnerships' with parent/carers - by working in an open, informative and honest way and encouraging feedback and suggestions. We are fully committed to 'lightening the load' and strive to offer a top class service that alleviates the stresses of modern day family life.

4. Care for children with special needs - providing that the nursery is equipped to meet and accommodate the individual needs of each child. Where necessary we will seek additional assistance from various sources, eg local authorities, support agencies and parents to ensure the child is able to fully integrate.

5. Recognition that a child's needs and safety are paramount and must override all other considerations.

6. An English speaking nursery, which also offers opportunities to use other languages, such as basic Welsh and French.

7. First class staff, who are highly motivated caring individuals. We ensure all necessary qualification and experience are contained within the nursery and ensure all staff continue to develop their skills and knowledge through relevant training and the sharing of information.
